We primarily store and process data within the UK and EEA. Where data is transferred outside these regions, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
Data Breach Procedure
In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to individuals, we will notify the ICO within 72 hours and affected individuals without undue delay, in line with our obligations under UK GDPR Article 33 and 34.
